Order by 2pm (UK time) for same day options. Non same day order time to dispatch is 1-2 business days. Drop shipping time to dispatch is 2-5 business days. Delivery times apply once your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery dates are on a best-endeavours basis.

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. We regret to inform you we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit, we appreciate your understanding and co-operation, thank you.

Damage & significant delays

In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.

We offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded).
